This car is my daily thing. The 94 coupe is my weekend fling. I’m NOT “touching” this car for 30 days(from March 8th)! I’m going to enjoy it in its factory form...until then.

EXTERIOR:
Color: Alabaster Silver Metallic

INTERIOR:
Black cloth

PLANS:
Install new oem 03-05 front lip (http://board.accordtuner.com/showthr...3-05-front-lip)
Install 06-07 V6 6spd 17” oem wheels
HID retrofit with blackhousing headlights
New oem foglights, maybe with HID
OEM rear deck spoiler
Remote start/alarm system

And of course:
Remove pin stripes and dealer badge
Tint windows





I wanted this car as a daily for these reasons:
Regular gas
Great 2.4L gas mileage, 24/34
Affordable parts
Affordable, low risk insurance
Easy to work on
Timing chain, not belt, so no major tune-up overhaul come 100k miles
V6 auto tranny issues still exist apparently
4 doors
Reliable

I also bought several sets of oem wheels for the car.
06-07 Accord V6 6-speed wheels - on the right (will be installing these)
02-03 TL type-S 17” wheels (polished) – on the left, sold
Look the same dont they?


06-07 V6 auto 17” wheels – mint, will keep as spare set.

thx man. went ahead and ordered new tires for the oem wheels. Michelin Primacy MXV4 215/50/17's. Also started trimming the 03-05 front lip to put on the car.

ahh yes, I recall looking for this exact same car in a 6MT V6, I refer to it as "The Unicorn"....perhaps I should start looking again.

if you arent already done w modding the lip, id like to see what it was you had to do to make it fit.

UPDATE: 30 days is done with! Did some things.

1-Got tint by Llumar, 30% in front and 15% on the back. \/




2-Removed the pinstripes. Easy. Left some light adhesive behind, will remove with some Sticker Shock. \/


After \/


3-Disabled the DRL, daytime running lights. Never liked them. Was as easy as taking out the 10 Amp "Day Light" fuse inside the car. The High beams are still functional though. Only negative is that there now is a "DRL" light on the gauge cluster. I can deal with that, it disappears when i turn on the headlights.



4-Still cutting the Honda Optional front lip. Here's the progress. You can see my sharpie marks indicating where im needing to cut. Ill be cutting more along the right side. Along the edge.

-FINALLY received my tires from onlinetires.com. 2nd time having a bad experience with them. Got them mounted on the OEM 17's already. Will install next week.
-Ordered all the parts for a Morimoto HID retrofit, courtesy of theforumretrofitters.com
