    how do i install 94/95 oem lip on 96 accord?

    can anyone tell me how to install the oem lip from the 94/95 accord onto my 96 accord? any cutting or anything special i have to do?

    cut the top middle of the 94/95 lip. drill holes in bumper and lip, screw/zip tie on. it's pretty self explanatory when you are putting it on.

    i almost did it. then i decided to wait. then my bumper got torn off and i got a new one with a polyurethane type-r for free :)

    i guess you got lucky on that one...except for the bumper being torn off :)

    I would personally take my time with it. Check it out, do some measurements if needed, and make sure things line up. It shouldn't be that difficult, after all it's only plastic. So, take your time; be creative, and take some snaps.

    also...i know it's already black but do ya'll think it would look cleaner if i spray painted it in black? if so...wat kind of paint to use?

    yeah i don't know what paint to use either cuz mines is alittle scrathed up.

    alrighty before i start installing this lip....if i cut the top middle off how am i gona screw the middle? isn't gona hang?

    save a little of it. just enough to use to drill through, but not enough to get in the way.

    its really easy just take of the bumper but make sure you double check everything like everybody said the middle its all about the middle and dont zip tie screw that bitch in because I got my 95 lip stolen and all i did was just zip tie it and it was gone with in 10 minutes in a mall parking lot and in the long run it will stay on longer get it painted and it will look good

    so i should drill da lip onto the bumper not use a regular screw driver?
