    What are the symptoms of a bad torque converter???

    I need to know if i have to replace that 2

    slipping gears, not going into gear. BAsically the same thing that happens to manuals when your clutch goes out.

    yeah, usually slipping gears in an auto accord is the TC.

    my accord was slippin and i replaced the tranny and it stoped its not always the tq converter

    where is the shifting silinoid located... if its part of the tranny than im ok wit the new tranny if its part of the converter im screwed its gonna be the converter

    correct me if im wrong but sloppy shifting or not shifting at all can be caused by the silnoid also???? my car has every problem with shifting except the shaking
