I dislike JL, so I have no idea what amount of power your lookin for. But in any case go look at some Avionixx, if not that some JBL. Those are just some with good prices tags on them.

JL 12w3v2 is a great sub.. before we can pick out an amp, what voice coil config are you runnin? dual6? dual 4? or dual 2?

also the w3v2 doesnt come in a power wedge.. it only comes in a pro wedge.. it contains dual 2 ohm vc's so it should be at 4ohm mono..

hmm well the config of your vc's really matter.. You can always go back to the shop and theyll tell you or put it on a meter and it can tell you..

Im going to assume its a 4ohm mono load since it is in a JL box.. like xbreed said.. JBL makes good amps and they are cheap.. the JBL BP600.1 does 300/1@4ohms.. and its only like $200/250.. Also phoenix gold has the R5.0:1, its part of their Octane R series, its does 350/1@4ohm, you can get that for the same price..

Just look at the speaker on the magnet usually says what Voice Config. but I could be wrong... Also Rockford Fosgate has good amps at a fairly good price, 2 cents...
