hey guys,
anyone have the problem when their brake lights are always on. my car thinks that the brake pedal is down and my brakes are applied. anyway, my battery drained today and i asked someone for a jump and noticed my brake lights were on like someone was applying the brake. anyone have ideas? i changed the BMC couple of weeks back but this seems like something new?

Hmmmm, if the brakes are working like they should then It sounds like an electrical problem...

had the same kinda trouble with my blinkers where they stayed on. turned out to be the flasher relay, so check the relay that controls the brake lights (if that exists) i'm just applying my experience with something similar

ha, my brothers car had that from where he installed euro tails, since it takes out the middle brakelight and all, i wired the the wires to the brake light together and it did that...bad idea...lol

well, i just had a similar problem. I have had Euros installed for a while. And now when i turn my car on, and after a while of driving my brke light comes an and tellss me that a light is out in the back, i checked allt he lights and they all work, so it seems to be a common problem wit our cars, my dad works for Honda, so he said he will ask around and see if there is anything Honda can do for us...

I had same problem.
My rear brake lights have no problem and brake warning light comes on.
I even reaplced the driver side brake light sensor and problem didn't go
away..
So I took it to my mechanic and he added one extra wire with small
dashborad light bulb. (from brake sensor to body of the car.)
Problem went away.. with brake warning light being perminally disabled.

I didn't have this problem but my emergency brake light always comes on then my ABS one comes on because it thinks my ebrake is up or something. I don't know if that has anything to do with the same problem you're having but my outter altezza when I had them was always on and I just replaced the tail lamp fuse and it fixed it.
