I check for a 98 H22 and the fuel rail does not have a service port. What H do you have and I can check it for you.

does it fit 6th gen f23... It cant be 2 far off from the 94 motor?

the JDM 94, I don't know if it being JDM makes a difference or not.

In 1997 Honda removed the fuel rail service port and they did not put it in the 97-02 models.

By looking at the 94 H22 Vtec intake manifold diagram it looks like the fuel rail has the service port (29,26,30 and 25). So IDrinkV8 - this probably will work just fine. Take a look at your fuel rail and see if you can find the service port pictured below.
