Miami Meet: Sept 06, 2003

We are looking at setting up another meet for Miami next month. Date will be the 6th or 7th.

Which would you all prefer?

This is coordination with another board, so hopefully we can get a good turnout!

I would like for this meet to not be 99% 6th gens like the Orlando meet turned out to be... I would love to see some 4th gens make it, 5th is welcome too as well as 3rd & 7th... ::biggrin:

You guys are getting to know me from everyday chatting on here and various meets and stuff so you know im big on having meets and getting to see your rides and stuff so lets try and make this a big turnout!!!

Give me some feedback on which would be a better day, 6th or 7th as well as times...

I will be available for about anything so throw them out there!!

5th gener here. id say sunday would be better for me but it doesnt make that much of a difference ill probably be there anyway. time also doesnt matter for me.

Welp, I'm down for a road trip from Ft. Lauderdale. This area is pretty damn boring. My car isn't all that tuned up but I'd still like to meet ya'll. I'll have to wait for my work schedule to be posted to see if I have off on those days, I can put a request for the day off now but I wanna make sure what the date is going to be.

Tropical Park? Where's that at? How far from Ft. Lauderdale?

tropical park is on bird rd (sw 40th st) butt up against the palmetto expressway (826)... from ft lauderdale just take 95 south to 826 and then get off on the bird rd exit and head west you will talk a left at your second light i think it is... its a pretty big park just look to your left when exiting and you cant miss it... if you want to take the turnpike take it south to bird rd and head east on bird. you will travel several miles but if you pass the palmetto then you went to far turn around...

Damn, just got the email about the meet today. You know me and accord meets! I've probably missed ONE so far.....sadly, this is gonna have to be two. The meet's a couple of days away, no way I'm gonna be able to make it! Plus, that drive is killer and wont help my already dying tranny......sorry guys! It wouldve been really coo for all you guys to see all my great NEW toys.

fuzzy its really easy to get there. take I95 south to the 836. exit at North 107 ave (there are 2 exits for 107 ave, North is the first one. if you miss the first one, when u get onto 107th u gotta make a u-turn). make right onto 107th. at the second light make a left. that road takes you right into dolphin mall.

you can get there from the turnpike too but i dont know that way.

Once we're at dolphin mall we're meeting in the parking in front of Dave & Busters/Movie Theatre correct?

If anyone wants to roll down from Ft. Laud we could meet off I-75 and Sheridan @ 2 on sunday. Take Sheridan west exit, there's a shell at the corner where we could meet.

Are the meets held regularly? I would like to meet up with you guys and shoot the shit. I live just north of sunrise but work down in miami by the mall of the americas, so i'm down on meets either up here or down there.
